We collect the minimum amount of personal identifiable information necessary to run our service safely: Google OAuth account identifiers (email and username), custom mathematics queries inputted by the user, and binary data streams of uploaded structural diagnostic images. This data is handled strictly within secure cloud server instances to compile your 1:1 individualized error vaults.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Our application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Purpose & Usage: We access your Google user data strictly for user authentication, secure account creation, and identity verification. We do not use this data for any other purposes.

Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or transfer your Google user data to third-party applications, advertisement networks, or external data brokers.

2. Federal Children’s Privacy Compliance (COPPA)

Mathee System strictly adheres to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not intentionally collect, archive, or distribute personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without explicit, verified parental authorization. If we discover that an operator under 13 has submitted profile elements without verification, we execute automatic erasure protocols immediately.

3. California Privacy Rights Notice (CCPA/CalOPPA)

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users residing in California possess explicit entitlements to request disclosure of personal data scopes, demand full permanent erasure of records, and opt out of data-sharing models. We categorically declare that we never sell, lease, or trade user informational datasets to external advertisement networks or third-party brokers.

4. Third-Party Data Transmission Pipeline

To provide our deep learning analytics, metadata files are safely passed to the Google Cloud Platform via encrypted SSL parameters for Gemini API processing. Financial information, including credit card routing metrics, never enters our database servers and remains exclusively handled by Lemon Squeezy under strict PCI-DSS standard conditions.
