1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Service govern your access and use of the **Mathee System** application and software services (“Service”) operated by NOVOGEN INTEL (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you express full, unconditioned, and irrevocable assent to be legally bound by these computational framework conditions. If you disagree, you must immediately cease all workspace interaction.

2. Premium Subscription & Auto-Renewal Protocol

Certain components of the Service are structured as recurring subscription licenses. All fiscal billing channels are processed securely via our merchant record authority, Lemon Squeezy. **Subscriptions will automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle under identical pricing parameters unless explicitly cancelled through your dashboard at least twenty-four (24) hours before the renewal date.**

3. Permitted Intellectual Property Boundaries

All structural interface topologies, proprietary algorithmic problem-solving architectures, scanning pipeline parameters, and custom mathematical diagnostic vectors utilizing the Google Gemini API are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret provisions. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license strictly for personal educational assessment. Extraction, reverse-engineering, or programmatic scraping is absolute ground for license cancellation.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is delivered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, explicit or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable global jurisdictions, NOVOGEN INTEL shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from computational delays, system downtime, or accuracy variations in AI-generated responses.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any legal actions arising from your utilization of the Service shall be governed by and interpreted in compliance with applicable international commercial frameworks and local corporate statutes of the Company’s registration address, without regard to conflict of law metrics.
